We are pleased to announce that Reza Tanha has joined the McWane Plumbing Group as the new General Manager at Tyler Pipe & Coupling, in Marshfield, Missouri. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Reza brings a wealth of lean manufacturing methodology experience to the role and joins McWane with more than 25 years of practical hands-on experience in both custom and high-volume manufacturing.

Reza began his career with Coleman Company Inc. as a production supervisor where he held successive roles of increasing leadership with much of his tenure working in plant engineering. Reza joined E.R. Wagner Manufacturing Co. in 2006 as Director of Engineering. Eight years later, he assumed the role of Vice President, Engineering & Operations, with Skolnik Industries, Inc. of Chicago. Reza joins McWane from Hollister Whitney Elevator Co.
