McWane Ductile-New Jersey helped the community ring in the fall season by sponsoring two events you can only find in Phillipsburg - the annual Pork Roll Palooza and Railroad Festival.

The facility hosted the crowd-favorite pork roll races at the Pork Roll Palooza, which celebrates the beloved local breakfast meat. Hundreds attended the event to sample interesting recipes incorporating pork roll such as empanadas, breakfast sandwiches and skewers. The palooza is a fundraiser benefitting Norwescap, a comprehensive nonprofit organization that creates opportunities for low-income individuals. Many volunteers at the event were past beneficiaries of Norwescap services, whose programs include employment assistance, financial education and housing.

A newer event, The Railroad Festival, is steeped in the history of the impact of the railway system in Phillipsburg, which dates back more than 170 years. Thousands of visitors attended the event to enjoy train rides, history displays, live music and many vendors.
