Jim Proctor testifies before Congressional Committee

McWane senior vice president and general counsel Jim Proctor testified before a Congressional committee Tuesday on how federal infrastructure policy can help mitigate and adapt to climate change. Proctor spoke before the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
